Private IP address - networker

Oracle Database 12c

Hello,

we have an instance(RAC). We want to install Networker agent on the private IP as shown below

When i am connecting with putty, I am getting connection error
networkerror.PNG

I have done nslookup and I am getting
[root@RH-LCMS-DB01 ~]# nslookup RH-LCMS-DB01.MTG.local
Server:         10.210.0.100
Address:        10.210.0.100#53
