Yes OCP is what I can suggest for you.

If you have Exadata , then Exadata admin certification is also good.

Rac Admin and Apps Dba can be the next certifications along the way.

Our team leader asked us to do that but the way seems very long to be certified Oracle EBS R12.
What do you suggest to get certified OCP as I have no certification ?
