listener_problem

Hi Arsalan

1-listener is running

2-tnsping is also work

3-from client side also tnsping are working.

4.from client side i can not connect to db, it give error ora-12518

when i connect to db server  it give error.

Enter user-name: sys as sysdba
Enter password:
ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
