in EBS 12.2, we have 2 port pools, because we have online patching.
In EBS 12.2, we have 2 filesystems and sometimes we have apps processes running from both of these filesystems concurrently (during patching activities mostly) and that's why we have multiple port pools.. Using different port pool, we are preventing the port conflicts between those processes.
