As you said, there is only 12.2.0 installer and 12.2.6 update pack are available on e-delivery.
If you need 12.2.5, I suggest you to download it as a patch.
I mean, install 12.2.0 and then upgrade it using  ->
Patch 12.2.5: ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.2.5 RELEASE UPDATE PACK

Follow -> Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.5 Readme (Doc ID 1983050.1)
