Here is a system, where ADOP works

Please see the output of the same 2 queries ---

SQL> select * from dba_editions;

See how the ZD_EDITIONS_NAME output matches with the latest DB edition -- V_20170628_0911

Whereas in the system where I have the adop issue, the output does NOT match.
