RAC 2.node down problem

Hi Erman,

we have problem on our production system,
Database which is on 1 node is up and 2.node is down,i thınk this should be interconnect problem,but dont know what should I do?We cant start crs on second node;

CRS-4535: Cannot communicate with Cluster Ready Services
CRS-4000: Command Status failed, or completed with errors.
