For 12.2- >
Apply NLS version of Release 12.2 Patch 10124646 and NLS version of the last applied American English Release Update Pack, for each of the new languages in the system


All references to "NLS Patch 10124646" and "NLS Release 12.2.0 Patch 10124646" refer to the Release 12.2 NLS software for the language. The software is available from the NLS DVD media or from EPD (http://edelivery.oracle.com/). The NLS software is a zip file that contains the NLS Release 12.2.0 Patch 10124646, a README.txt file and a README.html file with instructions on how to install the NLS software.

1)What are you trying to achieve? Are you installing a new EBS 12.2.0  or are you upgrading EBS 12.2.0 to 12.2.4?

2)What did you do so far? (For example : Installed EBS 12.2, applied the patch X and so on)
