set cache size to 1.

Set processes to 5 and retry.

I suspect, you may be a database performance problem /sql performance problem making your queue checks take longer time.

Thanks for the update,will get the book.

For now,sleep seconds for standard manager is 30,its not low or high.coming to processes they are only 20 but cache size is 40.How decreasing the processes will help in this case
