pam configuration

Hi Erman,

On our production environment on which users login(authenticated) using central authentication system(AD domain).

The issue is that whenever a user  logins and accesses crontab, she is getting pam error shown below

I have checked
https://access.redhat.com/solutions/802063

but it seems it does not apply for AD users.
