You have Java 8 in your client.
you have a missing "C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\java.settings.cfg" file and that's why you have an error in the output that you sent to me.
The issue can be caused by 2 things. 1) using such an high versioned java 2) missing java.settings.cfg
This seems to be caused by a client related, java installation thing.

delete this java from your client (with a clean way) and then install java 7 (for instance, 7.25 or 7.18 )
Retry.
