Are you facing any issues with your patching cycle?

Please check this MOS note "12.2 E-Business Suite Adadmin Fails With 'AD Administration error: ERROR: Patching cycle in progress - run this utility from patch file system. You can only run it from run file system when not patching' (Doc ID 2174397.1)".
