Full synchronization is yes patch cycle is not started.

System is in file systeml synchronization is full. system is not in any patch cycle.
Now i want to apply patch using adop .
can i go for fs_clone fist then prepare to start patch cycle.

I am bit confuse about fs_clone phase .
