concurrent manager not started

Hi,

after postclone, the concurrent manager processes are not running. I have executed EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN; and run autoconfig on both apps and db tier.

The environment is a 2 node tier. One is application and other is DB.

Still same issue.

Can you please advise what can be the issue?
