To be able to perform LDAP authentication, you will have to write java and plsql.
Also you will have to do some personalization in oaf login page.

Alternatively and also as recommended & recommend you may use EBS integrated to SSO and OID to perform such an LDAP authentication. If you will use this method, you must use java plugins present in OID such as iplanet plugin.
