Out put not loaded via EBS system

Hi Erman,

I can't open log and out files for requests. Error message is the following.

An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node null-ed outCM_Server_Name. There may be a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node null-ed outCM_Server_Name may not be running. Please contact your system administrator.

This is about Oracle EBS 12.1.3.

According to Doc ID 419142.1:
 --> "RRA: Enabled" is set to "Yes"
 --> "RRA: Service Prefix"  is set to "null-ed out"
