"Connection was reset" may be due to one of the following:

-network problem
-firewall, proxy and web access permissions
-query

Please answer the following questions ->

1) Are there any customizations or personalization on the page?
2) What is the name of the page? (exact name)
3) What are the navigation steps for reproducing the error?
4) Is this error encountered for only one user?
