You have lots of errors Roshan.
You provided several logfiles for me to check, for me to analyze, but this is beyond of the scope.
You should do the analysis and ask me your specific question here.

Anyways, what document did you follow for creating this configuration? ( this one? -> 12c Create Dataguard Broker Configuration - DGMGRL (Doc ID 1583588.1) )
