Okay..

You have a 2 socket server .  But only 1 of those sockets is occupied with a CPU. The other one is empty.

So you have 1 cpu -> Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2637 v4 @ 3.50GHz
This cpu hase 4 cores and each core has 2 threads.
so you have 8 threads. (vpus)
