Check your log file yourself.
You dont have necessary directory permissions, disk space etc.
Check the log file and search the keyword "RW-"
Then go to oracle support if you cant understand the error message (but the messages are very clear)

Next time, do this approach, dont ask here. As, i believe, it is not helping to analyze the log file and check oracle support for you/instead of you. You have to do these kind of things yourself.
