It seems you have a configuration error..
I mean the OS group configuration of the database owner is wrong.

Check the following note to get the idea:
After the Grid Infrastructure (GI) upgrade, database fail to start with ORA-01017 due to wrong group setup (Doc ID 1922050.1)
