You are upgrading doing a big upgrade (EBS 12.0 to 12.1 and DB 10G to 12C), and you are planning to do it in PREPROD and then export/import schemas from PROD (old version) to PREPROD?
This is not supported.
You shouldn't do this.
You need to upgrade PROD properly..
