ODA - Oakcli commands hang when executed

Hi Erman,

on ODA X4-2 System , The problem is that the Oakcli commands hang when executed. No errors are shown, the commands simply do not complete,
I can't stop , start , create repository or VM.
only oakcli show commands is working well.
