I do not see the whole log, but I think this may be related with the MO:Security Profile option.

Do you have "MO: Security Profile" statement in the log? Check for it.. If you see problems with that profile..
Check EBS to see  MO: security Profile option value?


If it is not set , please set MO: Security Profile for this responsibility and retry.
