performance issues in 12.1.0.2

Dear Erman,

We are using EBS R12.2.5 with database version 12.1.0.2.Recently we found a sql which has created 11 child cursors.We have verified and found the reason is due to query reoptimisation with use_feedbacks='Y'.

Can we disable optimiser_adaptive_features in 12.1.0.2 without applying any patches?
