I resolved it!

I cleaned space in /u01 (it was full with .trc and .trm files) on node 1

I remounted missing ASM partitions on node 1 (mount -t acfs   /dev/asm/datafsvol-XXX   /odaXXXXXX

I restarted oak first on node 0 and then on node 1 (oakcli restart oak)
