EBS -- Health Check

Hi,

I will health check for EBS, I downloaded  cp_analyzer_200_44.zip Oracle Support. Then Unzip this file,so that I will execute cp_analyzer.sql ? Will I execute it APPS tier or DB tier?

I downloaded my EBS DB server? I will execute EBS DB.

my way is right?
