RAC instance crash

Hello, Mr. Erman

We are currently using Exadata X7-2, and one of the database-based apps is also called web_cons.
One of the cluster nodes turns off when application admin increase the number of read only connections to
 3000 which coming application server.. (2 nodes RAC)

db_configuration:

SGA_MAX_SIZE 630GB
pga_aggregate_target = 30GB
pga_aggregate_limit = 60GB
sessions = 11616
processes = 7680

total physical RAM is 754Gb and we've configured HugePages. HugePage size is 640Gb
