*load averages seem acceptable. There are some peaks but not so sharp peaks.

OKAY.. We need to see the LHMB trace as well..
There is a known issue about this-> LMHB (ospid: XXXX): terminating the instance due to error 29770 (Doc ID 2438319.1)
