Ensure your mail server is not using SSL.

If it is using SSL then additional conf is needed on our site.

Ensure you do or don't need to enter ther username with domain.. I mean [hidden email] or just erman.

Check wf mailer log for seeing the details of this error.

Hostname is reachable and getting ressolved.The problem is,we are unable to authenticate credentials which os team has provided.But they said they are able to login using those credentials to mail client.in my previous update,can u pls review os.png screenshot which os team has provided.
