V2 is the Light Weight" Capture.
So It basically suggest you to increase TRANLOGOPTIONS _READAHEADCOUNT.. Maybe to 64..
So if your extract is V2 and if you see high stats in Extract wait statistics, then you may consider this advice.
Your write operations seems good, but you have some waits on reads.

So you may consider this advice.
