Probably, that archivelog is corrupt;

If you want to backup your db+archivelogs in this kind of a situation, rename the archivelog at the os level and then ran these two rman commands:

crosscheck archivelog all;
delete noprompt expired archivelog all;

Then retry your backup.. (note that archived log will not be backed up.)
