concurrent program aborted

Dear Erman,

We are using 12.1.3 with 11.2.0.4 database, we have one custom concurrent program that are running every 30 minutes round a clock.

Some time that program are aborted early morning 04 a.m with below error.

err ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: Oracle error -3150: ORA-03150: end-of-file on communication channel for database link

ORA-02063: preceding line from RPRO9
 has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.set_parameter('NLS_LANGUAGE','AMERICAN').
 has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.


it is aborted exactly 04 a.m twice in a week, that program are fetching a data from remote server and then it has process through concurrent program .

That concurrent program is aborted and due to this next schedule will stuck.


Kindly guide me to solve the issue.
