Weblogic Patch on R12.2

Hi,
Is the following scenario correct to apply Weblogic patch on EBS R12.2.4:

0-run adop prepare,stop application.

1-source patch file system.

using the system using .EBSApps patch

2- apply those Weblogic patches into patch file system (using bsu.sh),

3-being on RUN, start application

4- do adop cutover.
