The Adobe Flash end-of-life (EOL) is December 31, 2020. Adobe has announced that the Flash player will be blocked from running after the EOL date.

As for the Enterprise Manager, keep in mind that;  any customer using an Enterprise Manager version earlier than Enterprise Manager 13.3.0.0 with database plugin 13.3.2.0 will be impacted.
