Hello Erman,

I have been seeing you blogs for a very very long time and a big fan of yours.

 I am doing a tls 1.2 configuration in 12.1.3 and my db version is 11.2.0.2, here I am facing the issue as per Oracle doc the db version should be 11.2.0.4. can you please suggest any doc I'd or link to upgrade Oracle ebs db to 11.2 0.4 .
