BYE Lost mailbox

On 11.5.10.2  on AIX ,DB 11.2.0.4

Do you have any information about "BYE Lost mailbox" message in  Workflow mailer  FNDCPGSCnnnnnn.txt file.

When it arrives? And how to reproduce it?
