404 Not Found in ords url

Hi Erman,

Recently i have deployed ORDS on weblogic . From weblogic console the health of ords is showing ok and active. But whenever i try to open the ords url it throws 404 Not found error.

http://svr-apex20.xx.xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx:7003/ords

404 Not Found

If i query apex_version it shows correctly

http://svr-apex20.xx.xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx:7003/i/apex_version.txt

Application Express Version:  20.2


My env details:-

DB: 19.9.0

Apex ver : 20.2.0.00.20

OS: Windows server 2016





weblogic ver: 12.2.1.4

ORDS ver :20.2

OS : RHEL8



High level steps performed :

Apex configuration on windows with DB 19c.
weblogic installation on RHEL 8
Domain creation in weblogic
ORDS installation on RHEL 8
ords war file deployed on weblogic


Any help to resolve the issue would be highly appreciated.
