Unable to do punchout in ebs R12.1.3

Hello Erman,

I have configured tls in ebs 12.1.3 by using the DOC ID 376700.1 and every thing is working fine, I am able to do punchout for one vendor and able to login using but other vendor i am getting  generic error like " please contact your system administrator"


Can you please help me out with the troubleshooting tips to find out why it is connecting to some and no to others
