This is a crowded network trace.. We see mail.google.com there.. It is irrelevant.. Besides,  we see mcafee.com urls there..  Check these in the first place? Why do we see mcafee in the problematic try, and why don't we see it on successul punchout?

Other than that, I don't see anything in this trace that can help us ..

1)Anything useful in the FND LOG MESSAGES ? after enabling the diagnostics -> AP: SRDC - Data Collection for Invoices from iSupplier portal (Doc ID 1931684.1)

2)Anything in the oacore logs?

3)Please rewiev the following MOS note as well. If that HTTP 400 symptom is seen in your case too, then you may need do consider applying the solution documented there.

4)Review the MOS note -> Enable Web Access By External Supplier Users to Oracle iSupplier Portal and Oracle Sourcing (Doc ID 308271.1) . In this note, follow the instructions under the title named "Throubleshooting" what do you see?
