Do they have any db sessions? What are their database waits?

whenever POs run, SRL Vat Invoice reports are blocked(they are un  Running state but take a long time to complete). Do you know how this is possible. I think the PO for Communication are getting priority in the system. Is there a setting in the system we should to allow the SRL Vat Invoice execute quickly when the POs run?
