OHS 12.2.1.4 config issue

Aoa,
We are facing issue in installation of OHS 12.2.1.4. During configuration wizard it show following warning :

|"CFGFWK-40322: External port conflict.
"server listen ports in your domain configuration conflict with ports in use by active processes on this host
port 14100 on oam_server1
Port 14150 on oam_policy_mgr1"

configuration completes. When we try to start ohs1 component by following command, it throws error:

sh startComponent ohs1

weblogic.nodemanager.NMException: Received error message from Node Manager Server: [Server start command for OHS server ;ohs1' failed due to: [Failed to start the server ohs1
check log file /d01/app/oracle...



It is pertinent to mention here that OAM 12 is already installed on this machine...Pl advise action
