timestamp for email notification

Hi,

The timestamp for email notification in Oracle SMART R12 is incorrect as per hereunder.
SOJ, ABC

SUMM, SARASPADEE PEGGY

I have checked the date and it seems to be ok. Is there a configuration I have to change?
