toad client not found

Hi Erman,

I have installed Oracle client 12c on a windows server.

I cannot see the 12c client home.

Toad version is 10.6

Please advise.

What is the architecture of Toad and Oracle Home?

Toad - 32 bit or 64 bit?
11G Home - 32 bit or 64 bit?
12C Home - 32 bit or 64 bit?

12c is 64 bit The windows server is 64 bit so the Toad version should be 64 bit

You don't know? :) please check Roshan.

Oracle Client/Home installed on your PC and Toad should be in the same arch (both should be 64 bit in your case).. This is the recommendation..
And the issue that you are getting may be caused by such an arch difference of your Oracle client binaries and Toad..
