upgrade 2 node RAC to 19c

Dear Erman,

We are planning to upgrade our 2 node RAC to 19c

RDBMS version 12.1.0.2

We have applied jan 2022 PSU to existing environment. As per Doc ID 2676282.1.Before we upgrade the grid environment.it is recommended to apply patch 28553832.

We are searching the patch for our version with respect to last PSU applied, but we could nt find it.

We need your support what version is applicable. Can we download patch 28553832 for Oracle Clusterware 12C Release 1 (12.1.0.2.1901150CWPSU)

Looks like this patch is already included in psu.So this can be ignored.

Yes.. That  bug is fixed even in earlier PSUs.. As PSU's are cumulative, you are right.
