workflow notifications not received

Dear Erman sir,

Today I have received a complain for few users that they have not received the notification mail after complete the PO.

I have checked the user preference and it has fine.

Need your advice to fix the issue.

1)You need the check wf mailer logs.. especially the imap/inbound-related ones.
2)You need to check the inbox of the mailer's IMAP account.

Dear Erman sir,

First of all thanks for your support always to fix any issues related to oracle.

Business users are complain that all the Buyers are not received the notifications after Final approved from Finance department.

they have run PO OUTPUT FOR COMMUNICATION concurrent program , when it is in process state then the buyers are received the notifications but when it has approved from Finance department and PO OUTPUT FOR COMMUNICATION are run with APPROVED parameters then the notification are not received.

For your understanding I have attached the two screenshots for PO OUTPUT FOR COMMUNICATION .

Screenshot 1 run is In process parameters then receive the notification.

Scrrenshot 2 run for Approved parameters then not received the notification.

Kindly help us to sort out the issue.

If your version is 12.2; Did you check the following MOS note? ->

PO Approval Notification is not sending out email with completion of PO Output for Communication (Doc ID 2594175.1)

This might be related with the WF Mailer.. So what do you see in the mail status column of wf_notifications when you run a query by joining following tables -> po_headers_all poh, wf_notifications wn,po_lookup_codes pol ?
