DB upgrade to 18C on 12.1.3

Hi Erman,

We need to upgrade EBS DB to 18C version on R12.1 environments. I know it would be better to upgrade to 19C but We can upgrade to 18C as per license terms. I checked Oracle Support but I didn't findy any related documents. Do you have any opinion for this topics.

It is not certified Veysel.. That's why you can't find any documentation for that.
