Request taking long time

The customer facing an issue for a request taking long time between two environnement.

Non error in the log file an nothing clear in the AWR.

What request? Did you check the session and/or execution plan of the underlying sql?

Where and to which environments do these AWRs belong? When were they generated? What does this have to do with a specific request taking too long? I can't support you with this info, sorry. please revise.

Hi Erman,

I'm sorry, I miss to give more details about the issue :)

So it's about an EBS r12.2.4 request.

In the AWR released in the exécution time of the request, I deduced the sql_id:

569n2zsswkp8p:

I have done the execution plan for this sql_id however I couldn't see anything :) It's a bit complicated for me to analyze it :)

Anyway, I took the tables in this plan and I rebuilded indexes and I asked the customer to test again. Until now no news, may be it's OK !

Okay.. Try getting rid of the full table scan that is done for table CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS
